Terms and Conditions

1. This commission is for personal use and does not encompass things that would allow you to make money off the art piece- if that is something you require let me know so I can add in the commercial rights value2. I expect half the cost up front and the other half after an approved sketch (the whole sum may be paid at once but if its a higher cost perhaps consider splitting it). In cases where the sum is under 20 dollars the whole cost is expected up front. In cases where a large sum is expected it is possible to split it into more than two payments and add on additional checkpoints to lessen the likelihood of scamming for both parties.3. Pay What You Want commissions will not have an approved sketch - You choose the price. I choose the drawing.4. Partial refunds may be given or denied at my discretion once work on a piece has begun.5. Do not run my work through AI.6. Do not remove my signature from the artwork.7. All pieces should be done within 2 months of STARTING, more than likely faster (typical turnaround is within the month). Communication will ensue if this becomes unlikely.8. There is a rush fee of $45. It is given if a work needs to be completed within the scope of two weeks time. There is a chance any commission can be finished before two weeks time but that is due to my schedule. If a piece specifically requires a deadline that is within 14 days from when I start, the rush fee will be added to the cost.9. There is a convenience fee of $65. This makes you next on the cue.10. I tend to work on one piece at a time, because of this there may be quite a wait until your piece is being started. The rush fee exists so that once we have come upon your slot, it will be completed within the time limit. The convenience fee exists so that if you want to be next in line you can be bumped up. If you want both of these things to happen concurrently then you will pay both fees.11. I have a trauma tax- if you want something especially gory or nsfw that you really want from me then depending on how egregious it is it will be anywhere from 1.5-3x the normal price- most often however it will simply be doubled. 1.5x could be something suggestive or erotic. I dunno what 3x would be but... I guess I'll know it when I see it.12. Reference sheets are the classic one character drawn twice either showing front and back or a different clothing option. Only certain additional information is added - such as character name and a color palette. The capacity for price hike on it is based on if you want more drawings added to it. My body sheet for Relic is a fine example of what would cause the higher price point. Character sheets is shown at the end of 'Others.' It includes a mostly flat drawing to show coloring, along with a very rendered sitting pose that shows the whole body. Any extra information can be added granted there is enough room for the rendered image - Character sheet costs are not likely to increase the way Reference Sheet costs are as the amount of drawings is space dependent as opposed to price dependent.13. If due to the payment service we are using there is a percentage taken (such as international PayPal), that percentage will be added to the price. In those instances it may be beneficial to pay at once.14. Extra characters will be half the base price, then a third of the base price for the next. After three characters it would remain at that price. So if a drawing is 50 dollars a second character is an extra $25 but a third would be $16.70. Every additional character after that would be that same $16.70.

General Information
1. I can accept payment through venmo, paypal, or vgen2. I do not ask for payment until at the earliest the day before I am free to start working on a piece, as such if there are people ahead of you I will not ask for money until it is confirmed I am finished, or almost finished, with the piece before yours. If I do not hear back within 3 days of the payment message and someone is after you they will be bumped up and their commission will be finished first.3. You may request changes during the sketch phase, if changes are asked for once lining has been started there may be a fee for it. This is specifically referring to if it is something you wish to change that should have been requested during the sketching phase- like a readjustment of placement- if I get a detail of the character wrong, like skin tone, that will simply be fixed.4. If you have bought one of my adopts and this is your first time getting a commission of that character from me, you can get 50% off on the piece.5. I work off images best. If you do not have an image of what you want and cannot find images showcasing the clothing or coloration or style or ANYTHING and choose to do so verbally- the explanation must be clear enough so that my pattern addled brain can comprehend it. If it is not and you note something majorly wrong with the sketch because of this- how dare you, I blame you for this, yes I'll fix it- PLEASE GIVE ME IMAGES6. If you want a specific size or aspect ratio please let me know before hand7. Be as specific as possible when describing what you want8. If you want more progress photos after the sketch phase let me know- I will gladly do this and would probably flood everyone with them if asked9. Pay what you want commissions will at minimum be digitized. Some may be more sketchy in nature but they will still be finalized.10. Tips are always appreciatedYou CAN:
- Use my work as a Profile photo, banner, etc.
- Print if it is for a gift or personal use.
- Post the work (credit is expected).You CANNOT:
- Sell the art or use it in a way that would earn you money without commercial rights
- Claim it as your own.
- Use it for rude, demeaning, or inappropriate uses.
- Feed it to AI.- Animals are 45-120 USD
- Humans and Anthros are 75-220 USD
- Chibis are 45 USD
- Reference Sheets are 180-240 USD - Character Sheets are 320+ USD
